Individual counseling (50-60 minutes) - $130
Couple/family counseling (50-60 minutes) - $130
Additional 30-60 minutes $65-130
Group counseling (90 minutes) - $50
Hypnosis evaluation in office (20-30 minutes) - No charge
Hypnosis session, (first 60 minutes) - $130
Hypnosis session, (additional 30-60 minutes) - $65-130
Hypnosis session, smoking cessation (110-120 minutes) - $210
Optional audio cassette tape or cd for smoking cessation - no charge
Up to five additional follow-up sessions for smoking cessation (30-40 minutes) - no charge
Hypnosis Session, Smoking Cessation, Group, 4 to 10 participants (120-150 minutes) - $60
If you do not have insurance coverage, fees may be reduced and are determined on a case by case basis.
Unless otherwise arranged, fees are payable at the end of each session by cash, check or credit card. Checks should be made out to Mark Littman, M.A.
Insurance Information: I am a provider for Aetna Behavioral Health and CONCERN PLUS Employee Assistance Program. For all other policies, if you have out of network coverage, you may be reimbursed a substantial portion of my fee after your deductible is paid. Please check with your carrier to determine (a) if you are covered, (b) the amount of your deductible, and (c) the percentage of my fee that will be paid after your deductible is met. I would be happy to assist you in obtaining this information if you desire it.
