Insurance Information: Although I do not participate in any insurance plans, if your policy includes out-of-network coverage, you may be reimbursed a substantial portion of my fee after your deductible is paid. Please check with your carrier to determine (a) if you are covered, (b) the amount of your deductible, and (c) the percentage of my fee that will be paid after your deductible is met.
I do not have a "sliding scale". However, if you do not have insurance coverage, fees may be reduced and are determined on a case by case basis. Unless otherwise arranged, fees are payable at the end of each session by check or cash. Checks should be made out to Mark Littman, M.A.
